Yes, it’s that time again. Time for writing opportunities to help you on your writing journey!
And please don’t forget to let me know if you get a publication from anything I post. We’d love to celebrate it with you in the Kudos!
We’ll start with a couple of special opportunities.
1. A Cover Story and a Contest: My friend, author Ellen Kennedy, is running a photo contest for her next book cover. If you like photography, you’ll want to check this out!
2. For Montana authors or those with a book set in Montana or the West: You may qualify to apply for a large festival in Montana. Check out Angela Breidenbach’s call out for Montana.
3. Boys Life Magazine
4. Blue Ridge Country wants 750-2000 word articles.
5. Tropical Fish Magazine
6. Seattle Magazine
7. Old Farmer’s Almanac
8. Oklahoma Today Magazine
9. Air Canada’s enRoute Magazine
10. Celebrate Life Magazine
11. Caribbean Travel and Life
12. The Dabbling Mum

14. Guest Bloggers wanted for The Stream’s Edge during Jeanne Doyon‘s upcoming sabbatical: Guidelines are simple: 300-500 words. If you have an image (your own due to copyright) feel free to include it. Also, include your bio along with links to your blog and website. Topics are pretty open as long as they are encouraging readers to draw near to the Lord in some way. It can be a personal testimony, devotional, metaphor on a life situation, etc. Feel free to send something if you are not sure of its fit; I am happy to review it. Deadline is as soon as possible so I can set them for automatic posting. Please email
