Today is the 2nd Thursday of September, so that means it’s a day to celebrate Kudos and MoGo7000!

Kudos, Christian Writer’s Den!
Congratulations to these hardworking writers! You’ve done the work and now you reap the rewards!
1. Barbara Parentini (NC): My card line Soaring Hearts will be on display at the new Walgreen’s in Apex, NC, (NC 55 and Old Jenks Road) after September 4, 2012.
2. Cheryl Barker (KS): My article “Prayer Time Enhancers for Personal Worship” was accepted
for publication by Prayer Connect magazine. It will appear in their Sept/Oct 2012 issue.
3. Sandy Quandt (TX): My first blog is up! Would love for everyone to stop by.
4. Jamie Britt (NC) and Glenda Mills (WV): Jamie and Glenda have recently started a new online Bible study, “Sheltered Under His Wings.” Here’s the first post from the study. It’s also available at Glenda Mill’s site.
Hoo-wee, writers! And if you didn’t see your name on the list, don’t get discouraged. Next week I’ll have a brand new list of writing opportunities, just for you!

MoGo7000 Results…
My goodness, where are all the writers this month? Would you believe we only had one qualifier this month?
20. Marilyn Turk – 10,920 words
Marilyn, you have another entry into the end-of-the-year drawing for $100!
Hey, readers, it’s easy to get a chance for $100 in cold, hard cash. All you have to do is write at least 7000 new words on a new book project. For each month that you reach the minimum goal, you’ll receive an entry. Reach the goal one month and you receive one entry. Reach it four months and you’ll have four entries!
Check out the MoGo7000 Challenge guidelines here. It’s FREE and there’s still plenty of time to reach the goal in September. So what are you waiting for?

Well, that’s it for this week’s Writer’s Headlines. Be sure to check back next week for Writing Opportunities, just waiting for you to follow through!
Blessings on your week,
Vonda
