Writer’s Headlines: Kudos and MoGo7000 Totals

Can you believe it’s already the 2nd Thursday in November? Time to celebrate your achievements!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let’s start by sharing kudos…
1.  Cathy Baker (SC): Cathy recently had an article appear at Believe.com. You can read For Sale by God here.
2.  Judy Parker (AK): I have an article published this month in Clubhouse, Jr. entitled Let’s Go to the Yarnival and my daughter, Lauren Parker, took all the photographs for it.
3.  Cheryl Barker (KS): Cheryl’s article “Journal Your Gratitude” is appearing in the November
24th issue of Live.
4.  Tammy Whitehurst (TX): I will be published in February in Lifeway’s Magazine HomeLife and Just Between Us, a Christian ministry magazine. WHOA WOMEN ran an article of mine this month in their Fall issue. It is very exciting and pushes me to write more!
5.  Carol Weeks (AL): I have a devotional in the latest Penned From the Heart that will release soon. I also have been invited to be the lead speaker at a local women’s retreat in February 2014.
6.  Tracy Crump (MS): I received notice that my story, “Fishes and Loaves,” will appear in It’s a God Thing being published by Freeman-Smith and Worthy Publishing in March 2014.
7. Jeanne Doyon (CT): Very excited that Nebraska Family Times published my article called, Planning a Getaway with God. And Evangel (Light & Life Communications) has accepted my article about Corrie ten Boom that will be published in summer 2014.
8. Marilyn Nutter (NC):  I was privileged to serve as editor and have several devotions in the 2014, 20th edition of Penned from the Heart. The book of 366 devotions was released Nov. 1, and some of the contributors are writers who responded to the call for submissions on Vonda’s site!  More information about the book can be found on my website. (Vonda here–how exciting to be part of the process to help you find writers and to help writers find publication! Thanks for letting me know, Marilyn!)
Didn’t see your name on this list? Then be sure to come back next week and you’ll find a list of writing opportunities collected just for you!
